On May 1, 1972 a huge crowd came down the street in front of my house (previous picture), dancing to the music of a live band playing in their midst. Brenda Jeffers (the girl in yellow in the foreground) called out, “Father Tony! Come down and jump up in the band with us!” Which I promptly did. See story.
